Abby Birkel

Founder/Business & Marketing Consultant

  • Abby Birkel is a business coach, brand strategist, and business management consultant with a passion for producing brand recognition, improving administration duties, and helping leaders showcase their talents in the business world.  Growing up in the Midwest has instilled in her a hard work ethic and an appreciation for helping others succeed. Abby is an independent businesswoman with a solid reputation as a visionary problem-solver and creative methods that increase business success through implementing key strategic processes for long term sales profitability. 

    Abby is originally from Spencer, NE and now lives in Mitchell, SD.  She works with clients from across the area and utilizes her degree in Management and Leadership, while providing a creative flare to problem solving.  Her achievements in past professional life have gained the confidence and expertise to keep learning and take command in the ever-changing world of digital media and business planning. 

    For fun, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, being active, outdoor living, traveling, and meeting people from all walks of life.  Her accomplishments in competing in multiple marathons reflects her competitive edge and an appreciation for setting goals, making a plan to attain them, and executing the necessary actions for success.  Abby is a professional consultant and entrepreneur that is driven to help others succeed in their life and their businesses.

  • Hannah earned her degrees in Electronic Communications and Cinema Studies from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. During her time there, she served as the personal videographer for the Gopher Women's Hockey team and led her campus media organization, StudioU, as its president.

    Originally from Leopolis, Wisconsin, Hannah now resides in Chicago, Illinois, with her cat, Twinkie. Her journey has taken her through several states, including Utah, Texas, and Mississippi. In Utah, she honed her skills on commercial and film sets, gaining extensive experience both in front of and behind the camera. With over 10 years of experience in video editing and content creation for social media, Hannah is a dedicated content creator.

SEO & Sales Specialist

  • Ethan is a business coach and technology consultant who enjoys coming alongside business owners to help their business reach their full potential. Ethan has the heart of a teacher and has a wide variety of expertise to draw upon, from teaching both business and communication classes at Wayne State College and Midland University, to serving as an executive at a technology firm, to serving as the President and CEO of a global non-profit, Ethan's breadth and depth of real-world experience serves clients from a proven, results-oriented point of view.

    When he isn't helping business owners take their business to the next level, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, Terah, and their four kids who are actively involved in sports, church, drama, and all the outdoor activities that they can fit in their schedule.

  • As the most recent addition to the Creative Advantages team, Olivia Foster brings fresh ideas along with strong skills in design, editing, and search engine optimization. She takes pride in working closely with clients to bring their visions to life.

    Olivia was born and raised in Mitchell, South Dakota, and continues to grow her roots within the community she calls home. She works with clients across South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska, and looks forward to expanding that list! Her passion for thriving rural communities is reflected through the projects she takes on.
