Meet the Team

Abby Birkel is a business coach, brand strategist, and business management consultant with a passion for producing brand recognition, improving administration duties, and helping leaders showcase their talents in the business world.  Growing up in the Midwest has instilled a hard work ethic and an appreciation in helping others succeed.  Abby is an independent businesswoman with a solid reputation as a visionary problem-solver and creative methods that increase business success through implementing key strategic processes for long term sales profitability.  Abby is originally from Spencer, NE and lives in O'Neill, NE.  She works with clients from across the area and utilizes her degree in Management and Leadership, while providing a creative flare to problem solving.  Her achievements in past professional life have gained the confidence and expertise to keep learning and take command in the ever-changing world of digital media and business planning.  For fun, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, being active, outdoor living, traveling, and meeting people from all walks of life.  Her accomplishments in competing in multiple marathons reflects her competitive edge and an appreciation for setting goals, making a plan to attain them, and executing the necessary actions for success.  Abby is a professional consultant and entrepreneur that is driven to help others succeed in their life and their businesses.

Alexandria Fenske, also known as Alex, completed her studies in Web Communication Design, Visual Media, and Communication Studies at Hastings College.  Alex was born and raised in O’Neill, NE. After graduating in 2016, she married the love of her life, Guy Fenske, and moved to Overland Park, KS while he pursued a degree in a Doctor of Chiropractic at Cleveland University. Alex and Dr. Guy excitedly returned to her hometown to plant forever roots in O’Neill in the fall of 2019. Guy and Alex both grew up in smaller towns (him coming from a farming and ranching family from Sargent, NE), and knew O’Neill would be the ideal place for their family to thrive. In April 2020, their first baby, Hudson Eli joined our family, and his little brother Graham Sawyer was welcomed into the world in January 2023. Both of their boys are the absolute lights, joys, and loves of their lives. They love to live life to its fullest potential by spending time with friends, family, exploring outdoors, and digging our hands into a number of home and landscaping projects. Alex feels blessed with the opportunity to be a graphic/web designer while also playing my most important role of being a wife and mom in the comfort of her home, which has brought great satisfaction. Alex has been fortunate to work with innumerable clients from across the country in a variety of business areas, collaborating with them to craft unique, captivating, and timeless logos, branding materials, and websites. The ability to collaborate with the incredible team at Creative Advantages will yield unmatched marketing, business and design products to not only help local and surrounding businesses thrive in their specific trades but build strong business relationships for years to come. 

Hannah completed her degrees in Electronic Communications and Cinema Studies at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. While in school, she worked as a personal videographer to the Gopher Women's Hockey team and was the president of her campus media organization, StudioU. She has recently moved to Columbus, Mississippi with her boyfriend, Timothy, who is completing a pilot program with the United States Air Force. Hannah was born and raised in Leopolis, Wisconsin but decided to move to Minneapolis after graduating high school to attend university in a larger city. She has lived in several states since then, including Utah, Texas and Mississippi. In Utah, she worked on commercial and film sets, gaining a lot of experience in front of and behind the camera. While Hannah spends most of her time creating content and video editing, she also loves to be outside. Going for long walks, hikes and runs are her favorite, and she especially loves spotting the different kinds of wildlife around her (Mississippi has a lot of lizards). Hannah has 7+ years experience video editing and creating content for social media. She is constantly teaching herself new techniques and keeping up with all the latest social media trends on tik tok and instagram. 

Ethan is a business coach and technology consultant who enjoys coming alongside business owners to help their business reach their full potential. Ethan has the heart of a teacher and has a wide variety of expertise to draw upon, from teaching both business and communication classes at Wayne State College and Midland University, to serving as an executive at a technology firm, to serving as the President and CEO of a global non-profit, Ethan's breadth and depth of real-world experience serves clients from a proven, results-oriented point of view. When he isn't helping business owners take their business to the next level, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, Terah, and their four kids who are actively involved in sports, church, drama, and all the outdoor activities that they can fit in their schedule.
